Your practical report can be constructed several ways, but you really want it to be well organized so the marker can grade it easily. In the space below, I will provide an outline of headings to guide you in setting up a complete report. Remember, however, that practical differ and some parts of the report are not applicable to all practicals. This model is basically adapted from Steve Taylor's template at BIS but includes material from Philip Plamootil, GSIS and W. Ward at C. Leon High School (obtained through the OCC).
